Job Listing Aggregation, Linking, and DMCA Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Contact Email: help@aikilledmyjob.com

1. Purpose
This website exists to connect job seekers with legitimate employment opportunities and to help employers reach potential candidates. All listings are human-verified and based solely on publicly available information or direct employer submissions. We share factual job information such as title,
company name, location, pay range, and posting date, along with a link to the employer’s official website where the original job posting is hosted. We do not copy or republish full job descriptions from other job boards or third-party commercial sites.

2. Source of Information
There are two primary sources of job listings displayed on this site: (1) Direct Employer Submissions, and (2) Public Employer Websites. Unless a job has been submitted directly by an employer, all other listings come strictly from publicly accessible business websites that have made the information
available to the public. We do not collect, store, or publish information that is password-protected, restricted, or behind a login. We also do not use automated bots or AI scraping tools to gather data. Every listing is manually reviewed before publication.

3. Linking to Employer Websites
Each listing includes a link labeled “View Job” or “Apply on Employer Website,” which takes the user directly to the employer’s official page. We make no claims of partnership, employment, or endorsement unless explicitly stated. Our role is that of an independent aggregator, directing traffic to the employer’s official job posting.

4. No Affiliation or Ownership Claims
All employer names, company references, and job titles are used solely for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any employer whose job appears on this site unless clearly indicated. Trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the exclusive property of their
respective owners.

5. Copyright and Public Information Notice
Job postings collected from employer websites are based only on factual and publicly displayed information. We do not claim ownership over any original job descriptions or creative content belonging to an employer. However, the structure, design, and layout of our website—including our method of
presenting aggregated data—remain the intellectual property of this site and may not be copied or replicated.

6. DMCA & Takedown Requests
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. §512). If you are an employer, agent, or rights holder and believe that a listing on our site infringes your copyright or has been used improperly, please contact us at help@aikilledmyjob.com with the following information: (1) Your full legal name, business name (if applicable), and contact information; (2) The specific URL of the job listing you wish to have reviewed or removed; (3) A brief explanation of the nature of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of
the rights holder; and (4) A statement confirming, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rightful owner or authorized agent. Upon receiving a valid request, we will promptly review and remove or modify the content if appropriate.

7. Accuracy, Expiration, and Removal
We aim to ensure all listings are accurate and active at the time of posting. However, we cannot guarantee ongoing availability or accuracy after publication, as job statuses may change without notice. Listings are automatically removed after one (1) year or when reported as filled, expired, or invalid. All associated data for expired or removed listings is permanently deleted. Employers or authorized representatives may request changes or removals at any time by emailing help@aikilledmyjob.com.

8. Limitation of Liability
All listings on this site are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, interview opportunities, or outcomes. We assume no liability for inaccuracies, changes, or actions taken based on information published here. By using this site, employers and job seekers agree that the
website, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the site.

9. Transparency & Good Faith Practices
This website values honesty, transparency, and fairness. All listings are human-verified, publicly sourced, and non-automated. We do not post “ghost jobs,” use AI-generated data, or accept job listings from staffing agencies unless clearly disclosed. Employers who wish to partner, feature, or submit
verified listings can contact us at help@aikilledmyjob.com for direct submission options.
