Position Summary
Organize emails and other case-related documents into case folders within the document management system.
Coordinate scheduling and extensive calendar management.
Draft, edit, format, and finalize documents.
Communicate with customers and other professionals to provide contracts, Pro-Formas and other related documents.
Assist in document management: drafting, proofing and editing correspondence, memos, briefs, forms, engagement letters; document assembly in proper legal form; file legal documents with appropriate attachments, both electronically and via traditional filing methods.
Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; forward messages to the intended parties; answer non-legal questions. Place phone calls as needed or requested.
Create proposals and run reports using custom software and Microsoft Excel.
Manage corporate purchases including supplies, sourcing and travel related expenses.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions and other employee meetings as required.
Copying, typing, scanning, faxing and any other general office duties as needed.
Maintain confidentiality in all firm and client matters.
Assist with other firm work as directed by attorney or other leaders.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A results-driven approach and a commitment to creating an unparalleled guest experience in Dunwoody, GA.
Familiarity with new restaurant openings is a plus but not required.
